I.C. "G. Nosengo" Petrosino

The "G. Nosengo” Institute includes a pre-primary, primary and secondary school. It is located in Petrosino, a strip of land located on the west coastline of Sicily with a population of about 8,000 inhabitants , with a predominantly agricultural economy. The school is the place of choice not only to enhance expressive and creative capacity, especially in the socio-cultural difficult, but also as a vehicle for improving the quality of life. Our school is also the school leader for a lot of projects about legality, special needs education, mentoring, STEM. Our motivation to join Erasmus+ is to give our students a wider perspective and a wider cultural insight, which could enrich their learning and their growth as responsible citizens. We understand the importance of fighting cyberbullying and the chance to share methods and results with other European Countries. Being is nowadays indispensable for self-fulfillment and personal development, being an active citizen, social integration and employment.
